Gemma Parr, head of Residential Letting was recently appointed as the Regional Representative for ARLA in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire (ARLA is the Association of Residential Letting Agents).
This is quite a big deal in the world of lettings, and Gemma will be responsible for being the link between other ARLA registered letting agents in the region and the governing body themselves.
Gemma had undertake a rigorous selection process involving interviews and a presentation – but a large part of her being chosen would be down to having over 20 years’ experience in the industry. This means she has developed an impressive level of knowledge of the current legislation and changes affecting both Landlords and Tenants.
So then, I guess that makes Simmons & Sons the go to place for anything Lettings related!
